Our HT-S rotary feeders are the most common and proven products from our portfolio. With our wide range of rotor designs, conversions and options, we're sure to find the right choice for your application.

The HT-S model series is used in the field of pneumatic transport of materials up to a pressure of 0.4 bar. At the same time, the feeder is a proven helper as a powerful dosing valve under silos and reservoirs. It is also suitable for use with abrasive and demanding products, thanks to the heavy-duty rotor design and external bearing. You can connect all rotary feeders with the JACOB modular kit system.

Suitable application of the MD model series

For your application, you are considering a rotary feeder that can be used for pneumatic transport or that can also be used for higher differential pressures up to approx. 1 bar. In this case, the MD series is the right solution. The highly robust construction of these turnstiles combines a high filling effect with low product damage. This feature makes it possible to use a smaller feeder with a certain product flow compared to the HT-S types.

The need for convenient maintenance was also taken into account when designing the MD valve. This includes the use of external maintenance-free ball bearings and adjustable seals, a direct flange drive, a simple removable rotor and standard connection flanges DIN PN 10. You can connect all rotary feeders with the JACOB modular kit system.

Suitable application of the EX model range

You are looking for a rotary feeder that can be used in an EX environment, but which also has higher pressure differences up to . 1 bar?  The EX series of rotary turnstiles offers you a suitable solution. Thanks to their design, these very robust rotary feeders combine a high degree of filling with minimal damage to the product, so a smaller valve is all that is needed. Ease of maintenance was also taken into account during the design and construction of the rotary feeder.

 

The EX rotary feeder is certified according to ATEX regulations and standards according to EX II 1D/. Either a certified ATEX II 2/3D drive or a non-zone motor can be selected externally. The EX model series is the best choice for demanding applications with difficult-to-flow products up to a pressure difference of 1 bar.
